Refund and Returns Policy

At Nextolia, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unusedunwornunwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Worn, damaged, or altered products
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items (for safety reasons)

How to return:

  1. Send a return request or email us at returns@nextolia.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive the item.

  • Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable
  • If a prepaid return label is used, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless it was our error

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? Please contact us at support@nextolia.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are processed as returns + new purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damageddefective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping fees.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
