International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

❓ Lost or Stolen Packages

Nextolia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend:

• Contacting your local carrier directly

• Emailing us so we can assist with a claim (if eligible)
